Finding Internal Values

Heads maps, microjogs, and preamp information can be found in our listings when available. If the information you need is not included in the listing, please call us at 1-800-733-0978 or email email@example.com. Note: Remember to look at the PH (physical heads) values for matching purposes.
This information can all be pulled by the Search Donor Drives utility in the PC-3000 software, which can also automatically search our inventory for potential donors. It is available in the “Utility Status” menu.
Currently, the “Search Donor Drives” function is available for the customers in North America, Europe and Australia. We are planning to broaden the coverage to a worldwide scale in the near future.
The heads map will be available in some, but not all of our listings. If it is not available, please call us at 1-800-733-0978 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can retrieve the heads map for you.

Preamplifier types can be looked up using PC-3000 software. Note: This will only work is the drive is operational and can turn on. From the Utility, open the Terminal. Press CTRL+L to display the Preamp Type.
When available, heads maps and preamplifier information is included in our donor hard drive listings. Preamp information will be shown towards the end of the description in a line beginning with *PA ; the revision will be listed where it says

Refer to the first output, which should be in a similar format as the line in our listing mentioned in the previous paragraph.
