Information Technology Specialist

Our company is looking to hire Information Technology Specialist.

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and 4 years of experience in job offered.

JOB DUTIES: Conduct computer diagnostics for clients to investigate problems and to provide technical support. Set up equipment for client's use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software or hardware. Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems. Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, following design or installation specifications. Confer with clients to establish requirements for new systems or modifications. Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors. Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities for clients. Prepare evaluations of software or hardware and recommend improvements or upgrades. Inspect equipment and read order sheets to prepare for delivery to users. Modify and customize commercial programs for client's internal needs
