Regular Diagnostics service takes on average 48-72 business hours, and PCB Adaptation Service an additional 24-48 business hours, totalling of up to 5 business days. Consider our Emergency Service, if you need your media back ASAP.

Qualification for Complimentary Service

For a Free PCB Adaptation, the replacement circuit board must be purchased from Donor Drives within 30 days of service, and the purchase amount must be $60 or more prior to tax and shipping fees. There are no requirements for free diagnostics service.
